Monitoring Center "Mediator" addresses Tbilisi mayor and offwers him candidacies for the positions of head of city services. According to Dimitri Bidzinashvili, the decided to issue recommendations was after Kakha Kaladze"s statement.

The case concerns the statement made about Nikoloz Chonkadze, head of the Tbilisi City Hall"s security service when Kaladze said that Chonkadze is a good toast master .

The chairperson of the monitoring center "Mediator" says that they have chosen several candidates who dance, sing and are good toast masters. They offer these people as heads of city services.

Representatives of the NGO presented the biographies of "Good Toast masters" to Tbilisi City Hall and, as they said, they made it easier for Tbilisi Mayor to select staff.
