Court should take decision on preventive measures for terrorism suspect

The court will have to decide on the preventive measures for the detainee in the anti-terrorist operation. In the case of terrorism, the defendant is charged with two hardest articles.

It is about participation in foreign terrorist organizations and terrorist activities and the use of firearms, ammunition, explosive substances and explosive devices,thier illegal purchase and storage for terrorizm.

The crime , envisages up to 17 years of imprisonment. It is known that the detainee is a Russian citizen, but this information is not confirmed at this stage.
