Secretary of State John Kerry stated in a trip to Ukraine that President Obama is considering sending weapons to Ukraine to fight against pro-Russian seperatists.

Kerry claimed that the US President would make a decision "soon" about supplying arms to the war-torn country.

His comments came as French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel arrived in Kiev for talks about a ceasefire.
