Both Republican and Democrat senators are demanding that US President Barack Obama supply weapons to Ukraine.

Arizona Senator John McCain stated that the US Congress will pass legislation obliging the Pentagon to supply Ukraine with arms, if President Barack Obama does not move to send weapons himself. McCain capitalized that the United States should supply defensive weapons to Ukraine.

"Russia"s invasion of sovereign territory of Ukraine is the greatest threat to the security of Europe."

 
Despite the Arizona Senator"s call, the White House is trying their best to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict in Ukraine.
