New Mayor of Kutaisi announces reorganization and reduction of staff, but the opposition claims that the initiative of Giorgi Chigvaria is just a new plan of employment for activists of the Georgian Dream and does not support it.

The new Mayor has just sent reorganization plan to the Sakrebulo but he himself did not attend the first session.

Giorgi Chigvaria is presumably intending not to share the initiative of the National Movement according to which the opposition demands increaseof the social assistance in the next year"s budget.
