United National Movement accuses Tbilisi City Hall of increasing administrative resources. The opposition has issued two orders for employment of 25 freelancers.

Marika Datukishvili, the member of the Faction "United National Movement" of Tbilisi City Council states that the decrees are issued on November 20 and 29 and the total sum of their payments equals to one million GEL.

Giorgi Gabashvili, the Chairman of the faction "European Georgia - Tbilisi" does not see the need for advisors and criticizes the City Hall for bureaucratic expenditure.

" There are services, heads of services, staff who have salaries, besides that they have advisers with even higher salaries. Here"s a question, if the advisors are so competent, let them became heads of the service, "Giorgi Gabashvili said.
