A trial on the case against one of the figurants of a criminal case launched against Mikheil Saakashvili - Severion Dangadze is postponed in Kiev. According to the lawyer, the process is likely to be held after the Court of Appeals receives the case from the first instance of court.

After that, the parties must present evidence and the interrogation of witnesses will start.

Dangadze is accused of involvement in criminal group and preparation of a state coup in Ukraine.

Severion Dangadze"s lawyer claims that the case is politically motivated and the recordings released by the Prosecutor"s Office are fabrication.

Severion Dangadze claims that these recordingss are falsified and composed by several various phone conversations.

He says that the is a victim of the political persecution and his detention is linked to close relations with Saakashvili.
