The Labor Party demands from the Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia to study and abolish the decree issued by the GNERC on December 27 . According to Shalva Natelashvili, an increase of electricity tariff due to investments, which will be made in the future is illegal and this is a criminal offence.

"The regime has led to a social catastrophe. We face complete poverty and the complete destruction of the elements, with which people used to live. Increasing tariffs has a pure criminal motivation and it violates the law, "Shalva Natelashvili said.
