Khatia Dekanoidze, one of the leaders of UNM responds to the statement made by the Minister of Justice of Georgia that the exclusive right of the president on the pardon is subjected to control.

Dekanoidze accuses Tsulukiani of incorrect interpretation of the Constitution of Georgia.As she said today, everyone inside and outside borders of the country know that the verdict was a result of the political justice.

According to one of the leaders of UNM Tea Tsulukiani, as well as the court fulfils Bidzina Ivanishvili"s orders.

" There is a full consensus of the society, including the statement made by the president and the statement made by the NGOs, international community that this was a result of political justice and that the third president of Georgia was convicted for his constitutional right", Khatia Dekanoidze said.
