The Geneva Court starts consideration of Bidzina Ivanishvili"s case today. Former Prime Minister of Georgia and former member of the Russian Federation Council Vitali Malkin accuse the Swiss bank "CreditSwiss "of embezzling .

Ivanishvili argues that the bank has invested several millions of dollars in a unperspective business and thus damaged him. The banker himself insists that all operations were agreed with his client - Bidzina Ivanishvili and the money went to Gazprom high officials during operations.

According to the Swiss press, the court session on Ivanishvili"s case will be so large that the ex PM has sent a lot of lawyers to the trial and due to this, the historic hall of the Geneva Court has been temporarily remodeled.
