Fady Asly`s case was considered at the Court of Appeals. Chairperson of the International Chamber of Commerce appealed the City Court"s decision in the second instance. The City Court has imposed on Asly public apology for violating the dignity of Judge Vladimer Kakabadze of the same instance and imposed 3000 lari fine .

Fady Asly called a city court judge Kakabadze corrupt because of his decision on several cases.

"I think Vladimir Kakabadze is a corrupt judge and nothing can change this view because corruption is not just taking money. I hope that the Court of Appeal will take into account the facts and make decisions based on the facts and not according to the phone call ... If the decision is similar to the city court, we will appeal to it in the Supreme Court and if necessary in Strasbourg, "- Fady Asly said.
