Mikheil Saakashvili"s trial is underway at the Kiev Court of Appeals. The court will examine the complaint of the General Prosecutor"s Office in regard to imposing a preventive measure for the third president of Georgia.

The prosecution appealed against the decision made by the Pechori District Court and requested house arrest for Mikheil Saakashvili.
