The President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, the late president signed a decree on the appointment of Mikheil Saakashvili as the head of the President"s Advisory Council.
The decree was published on the Ukrainian President"s official website today. Decree number: 78/2015 states that the former president of Georgia is appointed to the post of the Head of the Advisory International Council of Reforms . The document says that he will give advice to the President and elaborate proposals and recommendations for the implementation of reforms in Ukraine.
The presidential decree will come into force 3 days after its the publication.
