Residents of Ateni Street will appeal against the City Court decision today. The first instance court refused to stop construction without a verbal discussion several days ago.

The lawyer calls on the Court of Appeal to decide the issue as soon as possible.

Dimitri Gabunia plans to file a complaint in the Prosecutor"s Office in the nearest future. According to him, the last instance will be Strasbourg Court.
