Irakli Shavadze claims that the Supreme Council of Justice refuses his lifetime appointment due to his confrontation with the chairman of Batumi City Court.

Judge of Batumi City Court says that Davit Mamieishvili was preventing him from exercising justice.

According to Irakli Shavadze, the Chairman of the Batumi City Court abused his authority. He is ready to give testimonies to the investigative authorities about certain facts against David Mamieishvili.

According to the judge of Batumi City Court, one of the judges of the High Council of Justice was informed about his confrontation with Davit Mamieishvili.
