Non-judge member of the High Council of Justice, Nazi Janezashvili speaks about the shortcomings of judges" lifetime appointment procedures. The case concerns the law that does not clarify whether a judge has a right to appeal in case of his rejection by the High Council of Justice .

Nazi Janezashvili plans to raise the issue at today"s sitting of the High Council of Justice.

Today, the members of the Council will discuss the selection of the member of the independent board of the High School of Justice
