Heavy snow and strong frosts hit   central states of America. Traffic movement is hindered in Washington. Because of bad weather the President of US had to change his schedule.  Barack Obama has returned from California to White House by car instead of a helicopter.

The number of car accidents has increased.  2600 flights have been delayed at the Airports of  Northern California and Tennessee .

The Arctic storm is expected in the eastern United States.
