The Russian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement stating that occupied Tskhivali will sign a State Border Agreement with Russia today.

Part of the statement read: "We hope that this would end all of the gossip spread by the Georgian side that Russia plans to annex South Ossetia."

The "Foreign Minister" of South Ossetia said that the two sides will also discuss the possiblity of concluding strategic cooperation and integration agreements.

Similar documents were signed in Moscow a few months ago with  occupied Abkhazia.
