The NGOs say that the construction of the hydro station in the village of Chuberi is dangerous as the part of the unit will be outside the control of the Georgian government.

"Projects are presented with violations of norms and standards. In fact, environmental impact analysis is not done, geological, geophysical, seismological surveys are not made and no risks are counted, "- said Manana Jebashvili, the chairman of the Association of Parliament members of Georgia.
