Juveniles armed with cold weapons attacked one of the pawnshops in Rustavi. The argument started after the pawnshop operators refused to accept the phone. According to the "Courier" information, the attackers are juveniles who have been convicted several times.
Initially, the case was initiated on destruction of the item. However, after investigative activities and questioning of the witnesses, the article has been changed and the investigation is under way under Article 239 of the Criminal Code, which implies hooliganism. Law enforcers have already arrested one person.
