"European Georgia" responds to the letter of the government asking the European Court to hand over "Rustavi 2" to Kibar Khalvashi.

The party evaluates the appeal of the Justice Ministry , which has attached the statement of "European Georgia" , where the party accused the broadcasting company in lie.

According to Sergi Kapanadze,statements presented by Georgian government as arguments o not change anything.

The opposition"s representative does not agree with the opinion that the owner of the broadcasting company should be changed due to editorial policy.
