Elizbar Mesmrishvili, kidnapped from the village of Jarasheni is free. He is already in the territory controlled by Georgia and is informing Shida Kartli regional police officers about the details of the incident.

Elizbar Mesrimrishvili says he was taken to the Russian base and then to Tskhinvali isolator. The detainee was released after the court trial in Tskhinvali. He says he did not pay a fine.
