The movement "White Noise" offers a new format of negotiations to the government.
The NGO demands that other nongovernmental organizations  be involved in the ongoing process and the format will be further expanded. The organization believes that a special group may be created for publicity, which will provide information to the public on concrete decisions. After the protests, two working groups have already started working with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"Is not it the time to remove these barriers to the system and give the public a more open opportunity to be involved in governance? Today we do not see it," Beka Tsikarishvili says.
