Bread price increase by 15% is expected in the coming days

The depreciation of lari is partially already reflected in the increase of prices. According to the big importing companies the expected increase in prices is 15%. it is possible that the price for bread will increase as well.

The price of a sack of flour has already increased by 4 lari.Wheat flour is exported for dollars from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Bread factories owners reported that they have a little stock; however, as they have explained, if the price for flour increases, the bread price increase is inevitable .
