The Emergency Situation Service moves to a new model of management. There will be 2 levels instead of a 5-level system - local and national. In contrast to the acting law, the new project is distinguished by the competences of state bodies during different types of emergency situations. The list of facilities subject to fire supervision is increasing, and it will be every hotel and public space . The project will be discussed at the session in the first hearing today.
