The Public Defender will prepare a conclusion on the case of juveniles killed in Khorava Street in Tbilisi. However, before preparing the document, the Public Defender makes a scandalous statement and says that the case is ambigious and the investigation has not been conducted properly.

After studying witness testimony, the Public Defender"s Office discovered more scandalous details.

It was found out that the law enforcers often left without attention the testimony of eyewitnesses and did not investigate the details . There were cases when no evidence was withdrawn.

Nino Lomjaria says that the Public Defender"s Office will study the gaps of the investigation and publish it as a conclusion.
