Despite the court decision, the Ministry of Culture and Cultural Heritage Protection Agency are not going to discuss the status of Sakdrissi-Kachagiani gold mines. The Agency said that the request of the court to review the status has been already fulfilled. as a result of the discussion on December 12, 2014, Sakhdrisi is still without status.

One more decision on Sakhdrisi is to be taken in the legislative body.The lawmakers will vote next week for the composition of the Sakdrisi commission.The opposition thinks that the majority is trying to delay the decision.
