The ruling team criticizes the decision of the Constitutional Court on the legalization of marijuana consumption.

Members of the parliamentary majority say that by this decision the court has deprived the parliament a legislative leverage.
They mean a decision, according to which marijuana consumption is legalized and the person will not receive an administrative fine.

The Parliament responds to this decision by tightening the law. According to the amendments adopted by the Parliament, the use of marijuana should be prohibited to minors, under the age of 21.

In addition, should be defined as places where its consumption will be allowed. Prohibitions concern public services and people of the profession who are responsible for human life.
