Neighbours consider that the murder of a soldier in the village of Zemo Khveduri in Kareli municipality is an accident.

According to locals, the murdered man and the accused lived in one village and there was no conflict.

"Something has accident happened while they were hunting. The hunter has shot the bypasser accidently,"- says one of the locals.

23-years-old conscript was visiting the village for vacations. The accused has been identified and detained.

According to the family members of the detainee, they are not aware of what happened at the scene, though they know that the conflict has not happened. The detainee"s sister says that his brother has shown up to the police department himself.
