Po-russian advertising banner appeared in Tbilisi . The banner depicts the so-called "St. George Ribbon" photo and the caption "I remember and am proud".

The Banner was made by the representative of the "Eurasian Institute" Irakli Kipiani.

Kipiani says that he wanted to commemorate people fighting against fascism during World War II.

"My great-grandfather was a hero of the Soviet Union. I remember that and I"m proud of that. It is written in Russian, because more people will understand," - says Irakli Kipiani.

The United National Movement says that thepro-Russian advertising banner in the center of the city is the result of the government"s failed policies.

The representatives of the ruling party condemn the fact.

Advertising space where the banner was placed belongs to the company "Geocell" .However, the content of the banner was not agreed with the company. "Geocell" has apologized over the fact to the public.
