Givi Jibladze, the founder of "Sveti", was taken to the pre-detention isolator of the police division. Givi Jibladze will be officially charged tomorrow.

His rights defender recently visited him. According to lawyer Valeri Gelbakhiani, he does not plead guilty. According to the lawyer, the detainee has sufficient evidence to justify himself.

Additionally, Valeri Gelbakhiani says that Jibladze is a victim of high-ranking government officials, because high-ranking officials of the government wanted to seize business.

Givi Jibladze"s lawyer does not name the senior officials, but says that the detained indicates two businessmen who are interested in the property of the company "Sveti".

According to the lawyer, Jibladze says that those businessmen have a deal with senior government officials.

Givi Jibladze was detained in his house this morning. The special operation was held in Tbilisi on Kipshidze Street, after which the law enforcers started searching the apartment. It is known that the founder of the "Sveti" is accused of fraud and illegal possession of somebody`s property.
