"Batumi Tower" sold for 25 million USD

Company " RED - Co" has bought the Batumi Tower for 25 million USD. " RED- Co" was the only buyer at the closed auction. According to the governmental request instead of the Technological Institute there will, be hotel in the building.

The opposition protests against the decision. Members of United National Movement say that this is a message to any potential investor that with the change of government the investment conditions may change too.
