The employees of "Omega Group" Aleksandre Khachishvili and Davit Pankvelashvili will be questioned by the court. Both of them left the Prosecutor"s Office without answering the questions of investigators.

Aleksandre Khachishvili and Davit Phakvelashvili participated in the process of withdrawal of 4 millions from the TBC bank. As Khachishvili recalls, he placed the money from the bank in accordance with Levan Kipiani"s direction, in the car where people armed with guns were sitting .

Lawyer Giorgi Pantsulaia says that Davit Panqvelashvili has information on developments in TBC Bank.
