With regard to scandalous records, in the course of investigation in which Mirza Subeliani, Viktor Japaridze and Davit Tsukhishvili are allegedly involved the employee of special penitentiary department is being interrogated.The press service of the Chief Prosecutor"s Office confirms this information. I.e. he is the person who addressed the investigative body on October 12, according to the prosecutor"s office.
