"It is clear that the Prosecutor"s Office is a participant of the political game,"- states Giorgi Mshvenieradze, the Chairman of the Georgian Democratic Initiative regarding the case of Otar Partskhaladze.

According to Mshvenieradze, the request for bail is a part of the political game.

"The Prosecutor"s Office is carrying out some of the investigative actions or procedures, including submitting charges to Otar Partskhaladze and request of bail according to different political deals, which is a part of a political game,"- says Mshvenieradze.

Giorgi Mshvenieradze points out that investigation into the case of Partskhaladze-Tordia should be conducted under another article because the former general auditor openly said that the attack on him was carried out due to his activities.
