The trial of the case of Eka Gigauri executive director of "Transparency International Georgia" and Goga Khaindrava,is underway in the City Court The case concerns allegations made by Khaindrava regarding the head of the NGO, where Khaindrava mentioned Eka Gigauri among those who dispersed rally on November 7. The witnesses, including the former head of the Border Police Badri Bitsadze will be questioned at today`s trial.

Goga Khaindrava was still aggressive towards Rustavi 2 journalist who tried to ask him toi comment on the case. Khaindrava insulted the reporter and refused to comment.

"You get out of here, I do not want to communicate with you, leave me alone, get out of here, "said Goga Khaindrava to the journalist .
