Public Defender"s questioning was conducted in the MIA for 3 hours. Nino Lomjaria was summoned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs after receiving threatening messages and appealing to the agency to react.

"One sniper is enough for you" - that was the content of one of the messages sent to the Ombudsman.

The main human rights defender of the country now asks defence for herself, as Lomjaria says that messages sent to her are a direct threat to life.

"I provided the relevant materials and said that my request to the MIA concerns the provision of preventive measures. This is a group of people who, as they say, are self-organized against the Public Defender. How realistic it is the Ministry of Internal Affairs should establish, "- said Nino Lomjaria.
