Economic experts talk about the need of budget adjustment

Economic experts emphasize the necessity to amend the budget.
Analysts say that the changes of the main financial document of the 2015 are not connected with the administrative costs only.

According to them, it is possible that the budget of the Defense and Interior ministries may be reduced. Experts say the only agency whose budget will not be revised is the Ministry of Health.
