The Consul of Georgia in Istanbul denied accusations and stated that information about his conflict with his girlfriend is false. The newspaper  "Hurriyet" reported that Irakli Asashvili had physically  assaulted his partner. And that as a result, she had to undergo  plastic surgery. The publication reports that the couple lived together for two years but that in recent months, their relationship became complicated.
