The President of the National Bank made explanations about loan disbursement program.

According to Koba Gvenetadze, it is about loans that have already been written off from financial institutions. According to him, agreement on this issue was held between two private subjects and in the initiative participated those financial organizations which expressed their wish.

"The talk is about loans that financial institutions have already written off the balance, and this should not have affect the financial sector players. This will be the so-called one-time action and then after the entry into force of this rule there will be no reason to accumulate such a threat and the financial sector members and organizations will know that they have to evaluate the taxpayer"s ability to pay " - says Gvenetadze.
