The disaster in Batumi - due to heavy rain city streets have been flooded.

The first floors and basements of living houses were flooded. The technics and household items were damaged. The problems are mainly created in the so-called swamp settlement. Pumping works lasted here too late, the streets are cleaned up.

According to locals, they encounter similar problem during every rain because of the lack of drainage system.
