"This announcement is another humiliation to society," responded Giga Bokeria to the statement of the prosecution.

According to him, there is reasonable doubt based on the tape that citizens were committing a criminal offense and assaulting the police.

"This is the deliberate destruction of state institutions and the police, and what is happening in the country today is the result of this attitude," said Bokeria.

The prosecutor`s office said in a statement that the media reports were released without legal basis and are a lie aimed at misleading the public.
