The former head of the Property Management Agency, David , charged together with Gigi Ugulava has been acquitted.

Chedia now demands the reinstatement to his position. Due to criminal prosecution his authority has been temporarily suspended . As Chedia has stated he would apply the court if he is not reinstated in his position.
As reported, the acting head of the Property Management Service, Giorgi Gagoshidze has resigned today.
