The health condition of a severely beaten military is stable. Davit Berishvili is currently in the regional hospital. He has a closed trauma of head and brain concussion.
Berishvili, who arrived in Rustavi 2 for help, accuses LTC Elguja Bibinidze of assault.
The accusations are denied by the lieutenant colonel. The Military Police of the Ministry of Defense launched an investigation under Article 387 which implies responsibility for the violence by a military serviceman.
A soldier, who was on training in Algeti, came to Rustavi 2 yesterday with multiple injuries and the first aid was provided to the emergency service doctors in the premises of the TV station.
