The Public Defender"s Office has organized a public debate on the issues of violence against women and domestic violence.

The aim of  meeting was organizing open discussions and  implementing  the EU convention.

The Public Defender- Ucha Nanuashvili has stated that  due to the difficult situation in   the country in the  terms of  domestic violence, it is important  to ratify the convention as soon as possible.
