The questioning of Giorgi Kadagidze in the court on the case of TBC Bank is completed, but the prosecutor is not satisfied with the answers received on the case.
Prosecutor Archil Tkeshelashvili says that the former head of the Financial Monitoring Agency did not provide the necessary information to the investigation. Tkeshelashvili does not rule out that Giorgi Kadagidze will be summoned once again.
"As he said, he remembers neither the TBC Bank"s inspection process nor the results of the inspection; therefore, he could not provide any significant information to the investigation because he did not remember these details.Giorgi Kadagidze was the head of the Financial Monitoring Agency in 2008, The Agency has been conducting TBC Bank"s inspection and Kadagidze was the head of the agency in that period. however, Kadagidze did not provide any information ," said the prosecutor.
