A head of the military division of the Saburtalo City Council is detained. Reportedly he was offering to postpone the call to the obligatory military service in exchange for a 700 GEL bribe. Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance has already arrested Giorgi Kimeridze. The investigation is underway.
Employees of the military department refused to make comments regarding the issue.
