Public speaking contest - The Capitol has been completed. The winners were awarded today at the presidential library.

The project was initiated by student and envisaged presentation of the report on the activities of the United States nine presidents The winners were nominated in two categories: students and schoolchildren.

Mikheil Saakashvili joined the students and congratulated them on Skype. The winners were awarded certificates.
