Social workers are meeting with the Minister of Health on the fourth day of the strike.
The Ministry of Health has prepared a four-point plan to solve problems. On the other hand, social workers are putting forward six basic demands, and if they are not satisfied, they will continue to protest.
"We will listen to the minister"s suggestion, what is it to offer us to stop our strike and also offer our points. These paragraphs envisage add-ons of the staff so as to reduce the number of cases. So that the load diminishes to at least 50 cases. This is a demand to add psychologists and lawyers. We should be provided with transport and our salary should be equal to the salaries of social workers working in other agencies, "said one of the social workers.
