One of the organizers of cultural events has been detained . The investigation found that he contacted the Head of the Culture, Education, Sports and Youth Service of Sighnaghi Municipality and offered to hold a concert on April 15, 2019 at the expense of Sighnaghi Municipality.In exchange for acceptance of the consent, he promised to pay a public servant 2 500 GEL as a bribe and transferred the payment, after which he was detained.
